This sublimation storage jar is made of glass with a frosted finish. Thanks to the transparent polymer coating, you can personalize the storage jar by sublimation. You can easily do this with, for example, a mug press. Fill the personalized storage jar with something delicious. Such as cookies, candies or sugar. And you have a unique photo product with a nice surprise inside! The sublimation storage jar is available in two sizes: 20oz and 25oz. Both the jars are 8,5 cm broad but differ in height, with the 20oz jar being 13 cm high and the 25oz being 16 cm high. This aluminum sublimation water bottle is ideal for sports and travels. It is lightweight and simple to attach it to something, like a bag or belt. The water bottle is suitable for multiple purposes as it is equipped with a double cap; a convenient drinking spout AND a twist cap. The bottle is also a sustainable choice, which means you will not need the single-use plastic bottles anymore! You can use your own bottle. You can get creative with this water bottle and sublimate a unique design or personalize it according to your customer’s wishes. With our specialized printing technique, we print images and text directly into the anodized layer of aluminum. During this process, the pores of the metal remain open, allowing the ink to penetrate deep into the surface. After sealing, the print is literally locked into the aluminum – for a colorfast, UV-resistant, and wear-resistant finish. This technique is ideal for applications that must remain legible for extended periods, even under harsh conditions or outdoor use. During anodizing, a protective oxide layer forms on the aluminum. We can print beautiful images in this layer when it is not yet sealed. This is comparable to tattooing, as the aluminum also has open pores. After printing, the pores are sealed, trapping the ink. Ideal for identification plates or labels with unique numbering and text, as everything is printed digitally. For the production of printed aluminium, we use our own high-quality sheet material in ALMG3 quality. It is also possible to have your own aluminium products printed. Examples include small housings or milled parts. We can give the printed products any desired shape because we work with very precise milling machines.
