Exhibitor tips

As an exhibitor at Visualize Expo, you play an essential role in helping to create a sustainable event. Below are some practical tips to make your participation more sustainable:

Stand design & waste
Choose a reusable all-inclusive stand model from the organiser, or design your own stand so that it can be reused multiple times. Work with your stand builder to make your stand as sustainable as possible. Avoid creating a single-use stand for one event.

Create reusable, undated signage using recyclable materials and environmentally friendly inks where possible.

Use LED lighting and other energy-efficient equipment for your stand, and remember to switch it off at the end of the day.

Try to avoid using carpet. If you really need it, choose reusable carpet tiles where possible. If you use standard carpet, make sure it is recyclable and is recycled.

Where possible, choose public transport or car share with your colleagues.

Choose a hotel within walking distance and/or one that meets environmentally friendly standards.

Consolidate your shipments and, where possible, use transport and logistics companies with sustainable practices.

Prioritise local suppliers to support the local economy and reduce transport.

Choose suppliers with sustainable and responsible principles.

Bring your own reusable water bottle to use our water fountains and help us reduce single-use plastic.

If you serve food at your stand, choose locally produced and plant-based options where possible, and avoid using single-use plastic.

Avoid food waste by ordering only the quantity you need.

Actively take part in the various initiatives and discussions during the event that support the sustainable development of your sector.

Inspire visitors by showcasing the sustainable features of your products.

LESS CO₂ EMISSIONS WITH REUSABLE STAND CONSTRUCTION

At Easyfairs, our priority is to make your participation in our events as smooth, enjoyable, affordable and sustainable as possible. That is why we offer high-quality, reusable, ready-to-use modular stands that make a big impact with minimal effort. These stands also have a much smaller carbon footprint than a bespoke single-use stand from an external supplier.
