Stand types

Easyfairs offers a range of stand types. Here, you will find all practical information for each stand type. InMyEasyfairs, you can find all the materials and options to prepare your stand. Cannot find something in the webshop? Event Services will be happy to help.

All in stand
Space Only

All-in stand

The all-inclusive stand includes the following:
  • Stand walls: White panels in an aluminium frame. The walls, including the frame, are 250 cm high. The visible dimensions of the white panels within the frame are 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
  • Fascia panel: Aluminium fascia on the aisle side for attaching LED spotlights.
  • LED spotlights on a track: Six spotlights per 2 linear metres.
  • Name board: One green name board displaying your company name and stand number.
  • Carpet tiles: Anthracite grey carpet tiles.
  • Stand cleaning: Daily vacuuming of the accessible floor area of the standard flooring.

If you are not satisfied with the stand construction on arrival, please report to the exhibitor reception so that we can resolve this before the event starts.

Additional options for the all-inclusive stand

Check the webshop or contact Event Services for alternative options for the all-inclusive stand, such as:

Check the webshop or contact Event Services for options to personalise your all-inclusive stand and make it stand out more. For example:

  • If you do not require a fascia panel, please notify Event Services at least 10 days before the start of the event at eventservices@easyfairs.com.
    • Removal of the fascia panel is subject to availability and depends on the stand size and the stand types of neighbouring stands.

  • If the fascia panel is removed, the LED spotlights and name board will also be omitted.

Rules and guidelines for the all-inclusive stand

Stand construction

  • It is not permitted to screw, drill or hammer nails into the stand walls.
  • The use of tape on the walls and frames that leaves residue or removes the coating when removed is not permitted.
  • Damage to walls, frames and/or fascia panels will be charged at €50.00 per linear metre.

Carpet

  • Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop. If you remove carpet tiles from your stand yourself, the costs will still be charged.
  • If you use sand, bark or other materials that may cause contamination at your stand, you must protect the carpet tiles with foil or another protective underlay. In the event of contamination or damage to the carpet tiles, €50.00 per m² will be charged.

Stand furnishing

  • If you place stand structures within your all-inclusive stand, please take the following height limits into account:
    • Maximum construction height: 4 metres
    • Maximum height for logos and visuals: 4 metres

  • The all-inclusive stand may only be furnished within the boundaries of the rented stand space. It is not permitted to place objects in the aisle outside your stand.

  • Open sides bordering aisles may be closed off by a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines.

Space only

A Space Only stand includes anthracite grey carpet tiles.

If you have booked a Space Only stand, you are renting the floor space only, including carpet tiles. Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop.

You are responsible for arranging the remaining stand construction yourself. Please send us the stand floor plan and technical drawing in advance for approval. Check the deadlines for the correct submission date.

Guidelines for self-built stands

Evenementenhal Gorinchem

  • Hall 1 High-rise: 4 metres
  • Hall 2 Low-rise: 4 metres
  • Hall 2 Next Level: 4 metres

Evenementenhal Gorinchem: 4 metres

Evenementenhal Hardenberg: 4 metres

Rigging zones are not available

The rear of stand walls higher than 2.5 metres must be finished neutrally from 2.5 metres upwards, in white or black, without logos and/or visuals.

It is not permitted to attach stand walls and/or other stand elements to a neighbouring stand that is not constructed by the same exhibitor or stand builder.

Open sides bordering aisles may be closed off by a maximum of 50% to maintain sightlines.

If you wish to use your own stand construction for a row stand, please take the net internal dimensions into account.

Net internal dimensions: -5 cm, plus or minus 1 cm per metre of stand wall.
For example: a row stand that is 3 metres wide has a net internal width of 2.92 m.

If you use sand, bark or other materials that may cause contamination at your stand, you must protect the carpet tiles with foil or another protective underlay. In the event of contamination or damage to the carpet tiles, €50.00 per m² will be charged.

Removal of the standard carpet must be requested in advance via the webshop.
