Sustainably printed aluminium

With our specialized printing technique, we print images and text directly into the anodized layer of aluminum. During this process, the pores of the metal remain open, allowing the ink to penetrate deep into the surface. After sealing, the print is literally locked into the aluminum – for a colorfast, UV-resistant, and wear-resistant finish.

This technique is ideal for applications that must remain legible for extended periods, even under harsh conditions or outdoor use.

During anodizing, a protective oxide layer forms on the aluminum. We can print beautiful images in this layer when it is not yet sealed. This is comparable to tattooing, as the aluminum also has open pores. After printing, the pores are sealed, trapping the ink.

Ideal for identification plates or labels with unique numbering and text, as everything is printed digitally.

For the production of printed aluminium, we use our own high-quality sheet material in ALMG3 quality. It is also possible to have your own aluminium products printed. Examples include small housings or milled parts.

We can give the printed products any desired shape because we work with very precise milling machines.
