Depending on your stand location (corner, row, head or island stand) various options are available. See below for the brochure outlining the options and rates for each stand location.

Corner stand

A corner stand borders an aisle on two sides. These sides are open, giving visitors access to the stand. The other two sides have walls as part of the all-inclusive stand package and can be personalised with, for example, prints and upgrades.

Row stand

A row stand borders an aisle on one side. This side is open. The other three sides have walls as part of the all-inclusive stand package and can be personalised with, for example, prints and upgrades.

Head stand

A head stand borders an aisle on three sides. These sides are open and offer sightlines into the stand from three directions. The back wall is included as part of the all-inclusive stand package and can be personalised with, for example, prints and upgrades.

Island stand

An island stand borders an aisle on all four sides, giving it a very open layout. There are various ways to personalise an island stand, for example with customised objects suspended above the stand.

Technical facilities

Electricity

Electrical connections can be requested via the webshop. It is not permitted to use your own generator.

  • For machinery with a frequency converter, an electrical connection for machinery must be requested via the webshop.
  • Electrical connections are switched off after the event closes. If machinery requires electricity 24 hours a day, please order overnight power via the webshop.

Water

Water supply and/or drainage can be requested via the webshop. It is not permitted to use water from fire hose reels. Standing water at the stand is only permitted if you comply with the rules on Legionella prevention.

  • Keep the water temperature below 25 °C or above 50 °C. Measure the temperature every two hours and keep a log.
  • Water pipes and equipment that sprays water must be flushed regularly, especially when they have not been used for an extended period.
  • Disinfect water systems with chlorine or other biocides.
  • Document and record all activities and measures taken to prevent Legionella.

Compressed air

Compressed air can be requested via the webshop. You are responsible for connecting the machinery yourself. Hoses will be installed during build-up.

Compressed air is available from 13:00 on the final build-up day until one hour after closing time on the final event day.

Internet/Wi-Fi

We offer wired internet and Wi-Fi via the webshop. See the webshop for the different options.

It is not permitted to set up your own wireless network.

If you depend on a stable internet connection, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi.
