Seamless prints
The fabric prints used for seamless prints are the property of the exhibitor, excluding the frame. If you would like to keep the fabric after the event, it must be taken with you immediately after the final event day. The fabric can easily be removed from the frame by pulling the small loop at the bottom corner.
Fabric prints still in their frames one hour after the end of the final event day will be removed and sent for recycling. They cannot be requested afterwards.
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a direct link and further information about uploading your files by email.
Printed stand panels
If desired, printed stand panels may be taken home by the exhibitor after the event, excluding the frame. If you wish to take your stand panels with you, please notify the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The panels must be taken away immediately after the event. Unfortunately, storage of panels is not possible.
If you have not notified us before the end of the first event day that you wish to take the stand panels with you, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other print materials
You will receive the specifications for other print materials, such as All-in Plus banners, printed fascia panels, Easy Eyecatcher prints and counter stickers, after ordering the relevant product.
If desired, all banners, printed fabrics and panels may be taken home by the exhibitor after the event, excluding the frame. If you wish to take your print materials with you, please notify the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day.
Print materials must be taken away immediately after the final event day. Dismantling is carried out by Easyfairs and/or the relevant supplier. Unfortunately, storage of print materials is not possible.
If you have not notified us before the end of the first event day that you wish to take the print materials with you, they will be removed and recycled immediately after the event.
