With regard to insurance and liability, Easyfairs has established a number of policies.
Stand insurance

Welding at your stand
Gas cylinders
Only a working supply may be kept on the trade fair floor; in other words, one cylinder secured against falling over.
Any remaining stock must be stored in a ventilated, locked area separate from the building, at least 15 metres away from it.
At the end of each event day, the valves on the cylinders must be closed.
Protection
- Work areas must be properly screened off from visitors using a barrier made of hard plastic or glass. Visitors must not be able to come into contact with heated components or open flames.
- The floor must also be protected, for example with a rubber mat.
- It is mandatory to have a fire extinguisher and fire blanket at your stand.
- Demonstrations must be carried out by appropriately trained personnel.
- Electric welding fume extraction is mandatory.
