Access & stand staff
Below, you will find all important information about access to the event during build-up, dismantling and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand staff
Register your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage your stand – Stand staff – Manage staff). During build-up, you can collect badges from the exhibitor reception using the barcode.
Catering vouchers
No catering vouchers will be issued.
Opening hours of the exhibitors restaurant:
Lunch: 12:00 – 14:00
Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive two parking tickets per event day, allowing you to exit the car park free of charge. Need extra parking tickets? Order them in advance via the webshop or purchase them on site from the parking machine.
Parking tickets, including any additional pre-ordered tickets, can be collected from the exhibitor reception on the final build-up day and the first event day.
Accessibility
By car
At the Gorinchem interchange (A27/A15), take the A15 towards Nijmegen. Take the Gorinchem-Oost exit (exit 28). Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the dynamic signage. Parking There are 2,200 parking spaces around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €11 per day. Arriving by bicycle? A free bicycle parking area is also available in the car park.
Public transport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport.* From Gorinchem station, take bus line 387. Get off at the nearest stop on Griendweg; from there, it is just an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
