Profile 01P
Channel letters with profile 01P are made of welded aluminum. They are sprayed in a 2-component paint and are available in any desired RAL color. If desired, the channel letters are provided with a PVC bottom. The PVC bottom provides extra strength and simplifies installation. Channel letters profile 01P can also be supplied in serif and script type.
Profile 3
Channel letters with profile 3 are made of welded aluminum. These are sprayed in a 2-component paint and are available in any desired RAL color. The bottom is provided with 5 mm clear Frost Acrylate, which highlights the channel letter at the back. This creates a beautiful glow around the letter and results in a very exclusive look of the lettering. Channel letters with profile 3 can also be supplied in serif and script type. These channel letters can also be supplied without lighting in any desired standard depth. in connection with illumination and light reflection, channel letters profile 3 must be mounted on a background that is matt and light in colour.
Profile 4
Channel letters with profile 4 are made of welded aluminum. The channel letter has a frame profile between which an acrylic background is attached. The combination of aluminum and acrylic gives a very exclusive look. The channel letters are available in any desired RAL colour. You can also choose from different colors of LED lighting. Box letter profile 4 is very suitable for letters and logos that must be able to withstand a large degree of wind load. Profile 4 channel letters can also be supplied in serif and script type.
Profile 5
Stand out with luminescent channel letters! These channel letters with profile 5 are made of welded aluminum. They are sprayed in a 2-component paint and are available in any desired RAL color. The channel letters have an acrylic background. This is attached by means of a plastic CAB profile. Channel letters profile 5 light up at the front. Profile 5 channel letters can also be supplied in serif and script type. If desired, the CAB profile can be painted in any other RAL color at an additional cost. The channel letters can also be supplied without lighting in any desired standard depth.
Profile 3 deluxe
With this deluxe version of profile 3, channel letters really stand out! These channel letters are made of welded aluminum. They are sprayed in a 2-component paint and are available in any desired RAL color. The bottom has a 19 mm thick translucent bottom that protrudes slightly (5-14 mm). As a result, the letters light up at the back, but also partly at the side. The channel letters can therefore be mounted directly on the facade, without the effect being lost.
Profile 5 deluxe
Profile 5 deluxe is the more luxurious variant of profile 5. This variant has a sleekly finished front by using 10 or 19mm translucent acrylox. This is milled with a step, so that it partly falls into the aluminum channel letter. This creates a three-dimensional effect. When using 10 mm translucent, the raised edge becomes 3 mm thick. With the 19 mm translucent, the raised edge is 5 to 12 mm thick. The aluminum is sprayed in any desired color and the letter is illuminated by high-quality LED lighting. The channel letter is also available in serif and script type.
Flatbox
The flatbox is a special light box with a 3D effect. In contrast to normal light boxes, Flatbox can be produced with a shallow depth of 80 to 120 mm. The texts and/or logos are lasered diapositive and pierced with 10mm or 19mm Acrylox translucent. Despite the small depth, from 80 to 120 mm, an even illumination is obtained by the energy-efficient LED lighting. Nowadays, the acrylic is pierced by means of chambering/milling back. Flatbox can be supplied complete (glued and ready to plug in).
