MehlerHeytex develops and manufactures premium banner materials, frontlit and backlit media, blockout solutions, mesh products and printable textiles for indoor and outdoor advertising. AIRTEX® magic FR greyback
Airtex® is thè brand for seamless digitally printed wallcovering and has founded this unique segment in interior wall design. The Airtex® concept works horizontally (1 piece seamless wallcovering) instead of vertically (multiple strips of wallpaper) and is transforming this rapidly growing segment, also with Airtex® Free, free of plasticizers and pvc. Applying 1-piece wallpaper horizontally instead of vertically in strips has a lot of advantages; no parts where wallpaper will come off in areas with a lot of traffic, e.g. hotels, schools, airports, restaurants, shops and hospitals. This results in better hygiene, better durability and a perfect seamless piece of art on the wall! Installation time can also be reduced because applying large pieces horizontally is much faster than applying multiple strips horizontally. Larges surfaces can be covered at high speed. Anything is possible; you can print whatever you can imagine as a piece of art on the wall. With fabric widths up to 500cm it is theoretically possible to print seamless wall up to 400m2. ecotex® banners: the textile outdoor banner alternative. Highest quality and technical innovations have always been in our nature. With ecotex® we are setting standards for a sustainable future. With ecotex®, Heytex has already developed materials in 2019 which, thanks to their textile, PVC-free character, are an ecologically compatible alternative to classic PVC banners in outdoor applications. We are setting an example for the future and invite you to join us in making the world a little greener: - PVC-free, phthalate-free, free from heavy metals, Isocyanate chemicals and plasticizers - 100% recycled yarns acc. to GRS 4.0 (16 rPET bottles make 1m² base fabric for H7022 ) - 75% energy reduction during yarn production - Made in Germany – Heytex produces their coated and calandered technical textiles 100% in Europe. This way, we keep our delivery routes and our ecological footprint as small as possible. ecotex® banners meet high outdoor demands for environmentally conscious applications up to 505 cm seamless print width. - durable - weldable - overwhelming print dimension with vivid color fastness - flame retardant - PVC banner alternative for short to middle term outdoor use Products from the ecotex® brand meet specific criteria. They are PVC-free and consist of at least 20% recycled or renewable materials overall, which reduces the CO2 footprint sustaibably. These products can be CO2-compensated and include items from the Banners and Textiles portfolios.
