After registering for Visualize Expo, you will automatically receive a message from My Easyfairs enabling you to create an account. Once your account has been created, you can easily log in via My Easyfairs.

A complete company profile increases your online visibility and makes it easier for visitors to find your company. It also ensures that interested visitors can discover your products, services and expertise before the event.

Log in to My Easyfairs, select Visualize Expo 2027 and choose ‘Manage your stand’. Here, you will find an overview of all your orders and the webshop.

In My Easyfairs, you will find your personal invitation link and promotional materials to invite visitors. You can share these via email, social media, your website or other channels. This makes it easy to let your network know about your participation in Visualize Expo.
