Early build-up may be possible, subject to availability and by request only. Please contact Event Services in advance to discuss the options.
Placing large machinery or equipment on your stand? Please check the logistics section.

No build-up work may take place on the first event day. That morning, only small materials may be brought to the stand via the exhibitor entrance, using trolleys, or via the visitor entrance, without trolleys. All loading doors will remain closed.

Activities that may contaminate the stand and/or event floor, such as painting and sawing, are no longer permitted on this day.

Delivering materials

Materials for your stand can only be delivered or sent during the stated build-up and event days. Delivery in advance is not possible.
We do not sign for deliveries, so please ensure that someone is present to sign for receipt.

Heavy and large equipment at your stand

All equipment larger or wider than 2.5 metres and/or heavier than 2.5 tonnes must always be registered with Valverde in advance. Based on the stand location, Event Services will determine the delivery sequence in an access schedule.

If large equipment is not registered in advance, there is a risk that it cannot be placed on your stand.

Please send the equipment specifications, stand name, stand number and event name to easyfairs@valverde.nl.

Forklift service

Forklift service is provided by Valverde. If you would like to use a forklift, please contact Valverde.

Storage

Storage can be arranged through Valverde.

Exhibitor access

  • Loading doors are closed throughout all event days.
  • No access passes are required during build-up.
  • Stand staff must be registered in advance in order to access the event.
  • The minimum age during build-up is 16.
  • Pets are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Parking

The Evenementenhal Gorinchem car park is available during build-up, dismantling and the event itself. Parking is free during build-up.
Green vehicles are permitted. Blue vehicles are not permitted.
Camping is prohibited in our car park at all times.

During build-up, we will assist you as much as possible. Here you can find more information about:

Exhibitor desk

During build-up, the exhibitor desk is located at the exhibitor entrance. If you have questions or comments about your stand or orders, please visit the exhibitor desk.

On-site additional orders

If you would like to place an additional order, you can do so at the exhibitor desk. Please note that not all webshop items can be ordered on site, and delivery of all webshop items ordered in advance will always take priority.

Collecting exhibitor badges and vouchers

Avoid long queues by registering your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs.
You can then collect your exhibitor badges, catering vouchers and parking tickets from the exhibitor reception.

Badges and vouchers can be collected at the following times:
Monday 22 March 2027 | 08:00 – 17:00
Tuesday 23 March 2027 | 08:00 – 12:00

During the event days, badges can also be collected from the regular registration desks.
