Webshop rates
Order in good time to benefit from the lower early-bird rate. View the early-bird deadline here.
- A 100% surcharge applies when requesting technical facilities during build-up.
- Only a limited range of products is available during build-up, subject to availability.
- Additional orders placed through the webshop always take priority over orders placed during build-up.
Additional orders can be cancelled up to 15 days before the start of the event. After this date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Print materials such as seamless prints, printed panels and stickers cannot be cancelled.
Webshop items are provided on a rental basis and remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or its suppliers. In the event of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
