What is Visit Connect?

Visit Connect is a tool that you can use on your smartphone or tablet. Visit Connect makes it easy to collect information from visitors at your stand by scanning the visitor badge with the tool.

Visit Connect vs Smart Badge

Visit Connect is not the same as the Smart Badge. With the Smart Badge, the visitor scans the badge reader at your stand and subsequently receives your company information by email after the exhibition. With Visit Connect, you scan the visitor’s badge and receive information about this visitor within the tool. You can also make useful notes of any conversation.

How does it work?

Open the Visit Connect link from your confirmation email or Visit Connect email on your smartphone.
You must now enter a verification code. You will receive this by email.
Click on the blue button with the barcode to open the camera.
The scanning of visitor badges can begin!

How many licenses do you receive?

  • When booking your stand with the GoLeads, GoPlus, or GoPremium package, everyone registered as stand staff receives a personal link. This gives them direct access to the tool.
  • It is important that you activate the licenses on the device you use during the trade show.
