INNOVATION AWARD
Have you, as an exhibitor, developed a smart new solution? We would love to put your innovation in the spotlight in the Innovation Zone powered by Karton Design. In the center of the exhibition floor, we are presenting ten striking innovations for which visitors can vote, both online and on the exhibition floor. A professional jury will assess all innovations based on novelty, relevance, and impact. Together, the public vote and the professional jury will determine who wins the Innovation Award. This is your chance to make your innovation visible to all visitors and industry experts.
What is in it for you?
- By showcasing your innovation in the Innovation Zone, you will gain extra space on the exhibition floor free of charge.
- By taking part, you will gain greater visibility on social media for your company and innovation.
- We will visit your company to film video content on location, so we can promote your innovation as effectively as possible.
- It will be even easier for visitors to find information about your company, with extra leads generated via the additional reader in the zone.
- Visitors will simply not be able to miss you and will easily find your company and innovation.
- You stand a chance of winning the title of ‘Best Innovation of the year’. This title will officially recognise your innovation and make you stand out even more in the market.
Your innovation at the event floor
As an exhibitor, do you have a new, smart innovation that everyone needs to see? This is your chance to submit your innovation via My Easyfairs, provided you have at least a GoPlus package. Once you have submitted your innovation, you will automatically be in with a chance of securing a spot in the Innovation Zone and winning the title of ‘Innovation of the Year’. You can register until 15 November 2026.

Hoe werkt het stemmen?
Visitors, both online and on the exhibition floor, and the advisory panel will jointly decide which innovation will be awarded the Innovation Award. On 23, 24 and 25 March, visitors can vote through an online form or in the Innovation Zone powered by Karton Design. The votes will be counted on Thursday 25 March at 2.00 pm. The winner of the Innovation Award will be announced at 3.00 pm.
