Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- On-site installation, reparation and training
- Phone, email and web-based live chat support for troubleshooting, parts installation, repair and operation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Customer focused and detailed oriented
- Strong electro-mechanical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and an excellent command of English. German and/or French are a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office required, Corel, AutoCAD and Illustrator experience a plus
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and organized
- HBO or MBO level 4 with at least 2-4 years practical experience
