Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
– On-site installation, reparation and training
– Phone, email and web-based live chat support for troubleshooting, parts installation, repair and operation
– Other duties as assigned
Requirements
– Customer focused and detailed oriented
– Strong electro-mechanical skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Fluent in Dutch and an excellent command of English. German and/or French are a plus
– Proficiency with MS Office required, Corel, AutoCAD and Illustrator experience a plus
– Able to work independently and efficiently
– Self-motivated, detailed-oriented and organized
– HBO or MBO level 4 with at least 2-4 years practical experience

Epilog Laser was founded in 1988 and has worked hard to become the market leader in the development of laser systems for engraving, cutting and marking. Since 2016, we have had an office in the Netherlands from which we serve customers in the Benelux.
We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Dutch market to expand the team.
You will map out interesting markets for Epilog Laser and expand them. You will build sustainable partnerships with customers and visit prospects. Your duties also include providing customer-specific solutions, closing orders and participating in international trade fairs.
Requirements: – MBO/HBO diploma with at least 3 years of demonstrably successful commercial field service experience. – Affinity with technology, mechanical engineering and/or printing industry is an advantage. – Good command of the Dutch and English language,
French and/or German in speech and writing is an advantage. You show initiative and can work independently,
