Company details are pre-filled from My Easyfairs. You only need to prepare your schedule during the event with the app, so that visitors can communicate with you in advance and schedule appointments at the event.

- Register your booth staff: After registration, they will receive an email to set up their account in the app.

Get the most out of the event!
Approximately three weeks before the start of the event, the app will go live. At that time, you will find the links to the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) here.
FAQ
With the app, you can connect and schedule appointments with visitors, speakers, or other exhibitors. You can view the knowledge program and schedule sessions in your agenda, view speaker and exhibitor information, and consult the map.
The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
After registering your booth staff, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then create a password, which they will use to log in subsequently.
Click on the Help? button in the app to get in touch, so the email can be sent again. Or email invitation@easyfairs.com.
Under ‘App Users,’ you will see all users of the app. If you want to make contact with, for example, a visitor, you search for this person and click on ‘Show interest’ to express your interest.
In the exhibitor list, you will find all participating companies. Click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can chat with each other or schedule an appointment.
The entire program is visible in the app, under the ‘Program’ section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking on the ‘Add to agenda’ button next to the session.
Under ‘Recommended for You,’ you will see recommendations that are specifically displayed for you, such as visitors, booth staff, other exhibitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and your interests. You can show interest in the suggested individuals or companies or skip them.
